What “free” includes

These features are free, with no trial period and no watermark:

How it works

  1. Add your guests. Paste a list with one name per line. Add a group after a comma if you like.
  2. Add tables. Choose round or long tables and set how many seats each has.
  3. Seat people. Select a guest, then tap a table, or drag them over. Seat counts update as you go.
  4. Lay out the room. Move tables on the floor plan to match your venue, then print the plan or the table list.

No account, no uploads

Tablewise doesn’t ask for an email and doesn’t store your guest list on a server. Everything is saved in the browser you’re using. To move to another device, download a backup and restore it there.

What Pro adds

Pro is an optional one-time $7 unlock (no subscription). It adds:

You can plan an entire event without it.

Good for more than weddings

Tablewise works for any seated event: rehearsal dinners, galas and fundraisers, company banquets, family reunions, and dinner parties. If you’re planning a wedding, the wedding seating chart page has tips specific to weddings.
